- Garfiled. I have respect for him. He's fat and orange, but
otherwise he's pretty cool.
- Luna, Artemis, and Diana. Seen on the animated television series (and movies) of Sailor Moon. They talk to humans using a human language. It makes me wonder if talking really is worthwile.
- Salem Saberhagen. The real star of Sabrina the Teenage Witch. He was a warlock who tried to take over the world and was turned into a cat after being caught in the act. That doesn't sound like punishment to me! He can speak human languages and do all sorts of other things.
- Bast. An ancient Egyptian cat goddess. She was also known as Bastet, Past, and Pasht. (actually, her name is where pussy cat came from).
- Me. Enough said.
