KABOOM!!!!

Rally, the rabbit, burst in, blowing up everything in sight. She was angry that she had not been invited to the feast. She wanted to have some waffles too, but Apollo was really scared. He stuffed all the waffles in his mouth, just in case he wouldn't have a chance of ever eating them again.

Lani hid with Apollo in the hopes that Rally wouldn't hurt them. But when Rally couldn't find the waffles, it only encouraged her to trash the place even more. Poor Apollo's house was ruined. Rally eventually found the two of them and started screaming.

"Where's the waffles? I want some waffles! Waffles! Waffles! Waffles!" Rally continued her with her temper tantrum. When she realized that she had caused Apollo to swallow them all, she collapsed to the floor and burst out crying.

"All I ever wanted was to share some waffles with some friends!" Rally exclaimed and cried even louder!

Lani was still pretty scared, as was Apollo (perhaps he was even more so), but since Apollo had stuffed his mouth so full he couldn't even chew, she had to do something.

"Well, Apollo ate all the waffles ... but there's some chocolate chip cookies in the oven if you want to join us."

This surprised Rally a great deal. But Lani explained that all Rally had to do was ask. Apollo was still cowering in the corner ... he finally managed to swallow the remaining waffles but he was still speechless.

The three of them ate the chocolate chip cookies together after Rally apologized to Apollo for ruining his nice house. But Apollo was just glad that he was still alive. Rally offered to help clean it up; she'd even clean the whole place if she had to. But Lani shook her head, "No, you don't have to do that. I think that's the most waffles Apollo's has ever eaten anyway ... and he really loves waffles!"

The girls laughed and Apollo joined in after a while. He was still uncertain about Rally, but since Lani thought she was okay, he believed so too (or so he said...)

The moral of the story is: Never go after waffles with an Uzi. Just ask!
