| Supervisor: | Empress Metallia/ the great "nega-force." Metallia helps Beryl when necessary, and has possessed Beryl to fight Princess Serenity. Unfortunately (for them), even their combined efforts were no match for the princess. | ||||||||||

She controlled the people of Earth and the four high generals (Jadeite, Nephrite, Zoicite, and Kunzite) that served under Prince Endymion. She despised Princess Serenity because Endymion was in love with Princess Serenity, and refuted any and all of Beryl's advances. In a final fit of rage, she murdered the couple, only to be destroyed by Queen Serenity. Queen Serenity killed Beryl in grief and with the hope that her daughter could be reincarnated to defeat Queen Beryl on behalf of everyone who suffered at Beryl's hands. | ||||||||||
| Well Known for: | Attempting to obtain the ginzuishou (silver crystal). With the power of the crystal, she hopes to revive her ruler, Empress Metallia. Once she had Prince Endymion under her control in the Dark Kingdom, she expected everything to fall into place. However, Sailor Moon was able to refresh the prince 's memory, and he was once again, loyal to Sailor Moon / Princess Serenity. Beryl became jealous, and attacked them with a large crystal. Prince Endymion was able to shatter the crystal, as well as kill Queen Beryl with the throw of a single rose. But, as he sheltered Sailor Moon, three shards of the crystal stabbed him in the back, and he died in her arms. Queen Beryl sank beneath the floors in disbelief at how she was killed. She begged Empress Metallia to give her the power to destroy Princess Serenity. She was then possessed by Empress Metallia, only to die once again in a final battle against the Princess she so envied. | ||||||||||
